Best urgent care experience I've ever had! so quick. Xray on site if needed. I will never go anywhere else!

The doctor and his staff were awesome. It was better and more effective care than any other medical setting I've been in. They provided enough education for me to understand what was going on without overwhelming me and did all the necessary tests to come up with a good treatment plan. They were all great with a cranky toddler and had excellent bedside manner. 10/10 would recommend.

First off, the place: it's a very nice building, even the music is nice (which is rare!). I felt better just sitting there. Second, every single staff member, whether they interacted with me directly or not was kind and compassionate. That made me feel a little more better The specialist (Molly) who attended to me was caring, thorough and gentle. She went above and beyond to making sure I did feel better and everything was clear to me before I left.

I'd love to go back although it's a weird thing to say ahaha. Let's say if I ever need help, I know where I'll go!!

I have never been to a medical facility where every single person I encountered was absolutely wonderful. There is not a single part of the visit that I could have criticized. From check to check out and every person in between it was absolutely excellent. what a team! 10 stars

I had a recent visit with Dr Ken. He is absolutely an outstanding physician who truly cares about his patients. I spent 35 years in healthcare and he is one of the best. The entire team at Hoag in Dana Point Monarch Beach are very organized and caring of their patients. Great example of how healthcare should be delivered. Thank you.

One of the best urgent cares in OC. We drive from south county because they are open late, have everything on site including X-rays and the wait times are move much quicker compared to other places.

We went and saw Dr. S tonight for my son. This doctor went above and beyond for my son who's ASD. He not only checked my sons ears for an infection but also checked his stuffed animal to make sure she was ok! Also let my son check out his stuffy’s ears too! Was a great way to make a not so fun appointment comfortable for my son!!! 1000% recommend.

Hoag Urgent Care - Irvine is the greatest! I felt a million percent better after my visit! Everyone who works there is excellent. Luckily I have never had to go there before, and I was totally thrilled with the place. Thank you

Hands down the BEST Urgent Care experience I've ever had. I walked in at 4:50pm on a Saturday, 10 minutes before closing, and without hesitation, the front desk processed my new patient paperwork and took me to a room. The doctor was knowledgeable, understanding, professional, kind, and funny as hell. His assistant, Wallie, was abundantly caring and kind, cracking jokes with me and easing my nerves. The atmosphere was calm and nurturing. Within 20 minutes, I walked out, bandaged and all, with a beaming smile on my face and a cute, little teddy bear. This place is GOLD. I was welcomed with open arms and wonderfully taken care of...thank you

Hoag Urgent Care is the best! All the staff, nurses, and on this visit, Dr. Sattarzadeh, were kind, interested, and proficient. This is so much better than a crowded emergency room with a take-a-number mentality. All the patients in the waiting room were quickly ushered into private rooms and treated. The word "respectful" comes to mind...it pretty much covers the attitude at Hoag Urgent Care in Newport Beach.

I love this place!! Everyone here is really nice and helpful!! I went here a month ago (I'm sorry late review!) wasn't feeling well was running a temperature. Was greeted and helped promptly by the front desk, the wait was a bit long but you're in the emergency room on a weekend can't really expect anything less. But when I was finally seen the nurses and the examiners made sure I was comfortable. I came out feeling 100x better with no more issues!! All the nurses and examiners worked really hard and was always really kind to me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Don't want to be back but if I need to go somewhere this is definitely the place I'll go.

Great experience! I reserved a spot on line! I need to have my eye checked ! I got there 30 min early! They took me right away, the doctor saw me right away after my vitals were taken! Dr Zeltser was very kind and efficient. I felt very well taken care of.

Visiting Hoag Urgent Care in Irvine was the best experience! I made an online reservation the night before and was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival time. The medical staff was very caring, professional and knowledgeable! My injury was quickly assessed and my concerns were addressed.

Was seen quickly, great service up front, facility was clean and Dr. Nguyen is wonderful. Quickly got me on all medicine and was out and better in no time. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Hoag Urgent Care is highly recommended in my opinion. Make an appointment on line and head over. You can check the wait times on line also. I've been going to Hoag Urgent Care for a couple years. I'm completely satisfied with the care they give. When you are sick, need a quick Covid test to confirm or deny the results of a rapid home test, come to Hoag Urgent Care.

I've had a number of occasions going to Hoag Urgent Care on Sand Canyon and cannot overstate how impressed I've been every time. It's very easy to make a same-day appointment online at their website, and they are close to keeping to the time schedule. The personnel are very friendly and kind, and the doctors I've seen are caring, efficient, and listen to what you say. I feel very fortunate to have this excellent facility in the neighborhood when I'm unable to see my regular doctor!

I continue to be impressed by the care I receive here. The doctors, nurses, and front-office staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I cannot speak highly enough of this particular location.

Where can I start, everyone is caring front the registration desk to the nurses. The doctor is so calm and takes time to listen. She is very caring and helpful to get to the root cause of symptoms. I was helped 10 minutes after I arrived and they did all the tests necessary to ensure good health. I felt well taken care of and trust them completely.

Great urgent care, they get you in and out in a timely manner and I greatly appreciate that. Came in today with a horrible sinus infection and doctor saw me prescribe meds and I was on my way. Formerly from Kaiser and I can't complain how horrible my experience with them was... this is literally night and day difference.

 This is the most classy urgent care I've ever been to -- from the lovely decor to the excellent staff. Wow!!!

Wow!! They really go above and beyond for you here! I've been suffering from the same issue for about two weeks now and have been dismissed at many other places including other ERs and urgent cares but they went out of their way to make sure all of my issues were addressed and that I would be getting healthier, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

 Excellent caring physicians. Dr Chen and Horng are friendly with great bedside manner. Wait time is minimal, you can book ahead and ample parking. The lobby is a bit small if I had to be critical of anything, not much in the way of patient privacy but the pros outweigh the cons. Love this location and it's staff. X-ray capabilities at this facility.

Best Experience ever at an Urgent Care. The PA S. McLean was phenomenal. From checking in, to discharge, the staff were all amazing. The PA was so thorough, listened to what I had to say, and was adamant that I needed a CT, found out at the hospital that I have diverticulitis, and she was kind and provided me education on what to do to reduce pain. Would highly recommend!

These doctors rock! Have been here 3 times and every time has been a good experience. Doctors, nurses, front desk staff... everyone is excellent at their jobs. Online check appt and check in process easy. Scheduling tells you the appx wait time at each facility. Always in good hands here! 

 This was by far the best urgent care experience I've ever had. When I told them this, they said "thanks!, we try to set a high standard." Well they do! The doctor actually took time to listen and treat the problem rather than treat me an urgent care patient in and out situation. I feel so much more positive about starting my wellness journey as I've been on and off sick for a year, dealing with two bouts of Covid and multiple lung issues. Everyone from the front desk staff, the x-ray tech to the doc was amazing. Thank you all!

I had an appointment and they saw me within 10 minutes. All staff from from receptionist to doctor were kind and courteous. They took care of my problem and immediately called in a prescription.

The staff here is amazing, very respectful and attentive. I would highly recommend this urgent care. Dr. Courtney is amazing!!!

The people at Hoag are always friendly and helpful, and can always make me feel better even though I'm still sick, if you get my meaning. I've never had to wait long to be seen. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Friendly, efficient and professional staffs. I went in and was seen within 10 minutes and they sent prescriptions to the pharmacy electronically. Meds were ready when I got to the pharmacy. Highly recommended!
