Prescription Refills

1. The fastest way to request a refill is to CONTACT YOUR PHARMACY. We are electronically linked to your pharmacy and the request will automatically be expedited.

2. Alternatively, you can use you Hoag Connect Account to request a prescription refill.

3. Call the Hoag Urgent Care location where you were treated. This method can take up to 7 days.

*Please note that not all prescriptions can be refilled through an urgent care without an additional visit.

Once you have a Hoag Connect account, you can access your health records on your mobile phone, by downloading the Epic MyChart App and selecting Hoag Connect as your organization:
